Best of 2009 :: Intimate Moments

As wedding and engagement photographers, we spend a lot of time with couples during some of the most special times of their lives. We love capturing candid photos of them just enjoying each other.

There’s also a special bond between a father and his daughter that’s seen in such a special way during the wedding. These photos seem to really capture that relationship.

Mindy and I don’t have kids. Yet. But we love kids. It’s always fun chasing little tikes around trying to snag their best smile. You get very familiar with the continuous shutter mode on your camera, that’s for sure. We were fortunate enough to work with lots of great kids this past year!

Every party needs dessert, right? Cakes are usually the centerpiece of the wedding reception, and people tend to go all out. I love looking at wedding cakes. I love eating them even more.

I’m a HUGE car guy. A big time BMW fan to be exact. I actually own the green bimmer you see in the photos below. Combining my love for cars and taking photos is one of the best things ever. I’m also a pretty avid cyclist. Must be something with wheels… or speed, not sure. These are some of my favorite shots of thing with wheels from 2009.
