Coming Soon!
We've been SO busy lately, it's ridiculous! We definitely can't complain, but we've gotten behind on our blogging. Here's a little preview of what's to come.
Allie + Jacob // Columbus Wedding Photography // Scioto Reserve
I'm going to start this post off by skipping to the end. Allie + Jacob had their reception at a new venue in Columbus, the Scioto Reserve Country Club. It just opened this year, and we have to say, it's probably one of the nicest, classiest places we've been to. The interior design is very contemporary, and it's just beautiful. Another great venue to add to our "must have" list. On top of that they had Nina Banks coordinating, and she's brilliant. Receptions can get kind of crazy, but Nina was such a joy to work with and she did everything to ensure their party went off without a hitch. Mindy and I love shooting all day weddings (we don't do anything less) for the simple fact that we get to spend the whole day with our couples and their bridal parties. Allie + Jacob had one of the best sets of friends (and family) that we've had the honor to work with. Seriously, by the reception the guys were yelling "CAMERON!!!" and throwing their arms up. Honestly, kind of embarrassing, since we try to be as unseen as possible throughout the day. We had so much fun, and the entire bridal party made us feel so welcome all day long. If any of you guys are reading this, thank you.
Allie + Jacob are still away on their honeymoon to Europe, so leave them some comments for when they return!

The Clarks // Dayton Family Photography
These guys are some of our favorite friends that we never see. It's a shame that we don't get the chance to hang out more often, but we were thrilled when Ryan asked us to do their family pictures for Asher's first birthday. He's the second cutest little boy in the world (after Holden of course, IMO), and you can tell that Ryan + Sarah just love him to pieces. It was awesome to be able to shoot these exactly one year after he was born! And for those of you who don't know, Ryan is possibly the best designer in Ohio. We went to college together, and I've had a huge amount of respect for him as a person and as a professional for years now. You can check out his work on his website, Ryan vs. Clark.
Sarah + Michael // Dayton Engagement Photography
We can't wait for Sarah + Michael's wedding this November. We met up with them in our old stomping grounds of Cedarville, Ohio. After a quick stop at Stoney Creek Roasters, we found one of the most incredible fields of flowers we've seen. Who knew it was in spitting distance of Mindy's old dorm? Dinner with these two at the (in)famous Colonial Pizza was awesome too. You guys rock.
Emily + Steve // Cincinnati Wedding Photography // Savannah Center
Emily + Steve are a really unique couple. Unique not because they know how to have a good time (they definitely do), but unique because despite that fact, Mindy and I both just really respect them. They're polite, laid back, mature but still goofy, and just all around really wonderful people to be around.

This is Kathyna, the awesome coordinator at the Savannah Center. She was a HUGE help all day long, and I definitely couldn't recommend her enough. If you're looking for a ceremony and reception location in northern Cincinnati, the Savannah Center is the way to go... and MAKE SURE you ask for Kathyna!
